Job Description
Leading organisation in the technology sector is looking for a HR Business Partner under 1 year contract (renewable), up to SGD7,000/month.
Your new company
A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Business Partner to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HRBP related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Business Partner supporting on regional aspect. Looking after succession planning, talent development, change management as well as talent management. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting regional HR projects that the company initiates.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Strong in business partnering experiences
- Comfortable on providing advisory support to key stakeholders
- Provide valuable inputs and advise on policy changes required
