About Our Team
We are looking for aspiring interns to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting e-commerce teams across the South East Asia region, bringing in the industry & technology expert to power the new business growth.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in various learning projects, e.g. onboarding, general competencies development; leadership development; participate in toolkit design, content design, mechanism optimization, delivery;
2. Combine qualitative and quantitative research to understand the dynamics of the audience, and continue to put forward suggestions for learning effectiveness optimization;
3. Work on projects of knowledge management, and global knowledge transfer
4. Be part of the team in supporting the talent development pillar of the globalization footprints;
Qualifications
1. Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in human resources, marketing, mass communication or a related technical discipline from a reputable university.
2. A passion for recruitment.
3. Able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
4. Strong problem capabilities to accomplish duties and tasks assigned.
5. Good written and oral communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
7. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
8. Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, minimally Canva preferred.
