As the HR Business Partner - People Relations - Singapore Malaysia Vietnam, you lead the sales market Employee Relations strategy and act as a business partner across all functions. You give direction, lead and manage all ER activities ensuring fair and respectful treatment of colleagues following local legislation and acting within our values, leadership expectations, brand direction and EVP. You are the key driver ensuring attractive work environment and conditions as well as colleague satisfaction; grievance solution and other areas within compensation and benefits will be under your care as well.

Key responsibilities:

In this role, you act with an unpretentious attitude, neutral, confidential and confident dealing with sensitive matters, following the principles of Everyone is a Leader and meaningful growth.

  • Leads with vision, has a clear and specific strategy to evaluate and achieve all ER goals and improve colleague experience.
  • Being a business partner in all ER matters, answering everyday and exceptional challenges (and change), representing the company in this area towards all our speaking partners in all parts of the brand.
  • Develop, promote, and follow up with both global social policies and local adaptations.
  • Strong driver in cross functional collaboration, keeping to date with developments in terms of manpower legislation, ER issues, company policies, market trends on compensation and benefits; constantly seeking ways to improve our competitiveness and colleague satisfaction.
  • Working strategically on improvement and innovation that make the difference.
  • Positioning us as employer of choice and further developing our relation towards all colleagues.
  • Supports the development, implementation and engagement of ER strategy and people policies to improve effectiveness of the business as well as promoting positive and constructive relationships between managers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Be an active participant of our performance reviews, check-ins, salary and benefits review process.
  • Achieving results through anticipatory thinking, solid planning, timely follow up of goals, strong prioritizing, hands on action and clear communication.

Besides your personality we see that:
  • A formal education or relevant work experience in HR ER field is appreciated.
  • In-depth understanding of the manpower legislation as well as market trends on compensation and benefits.

  • Have experience in policies writing and is proficient in corporate communications.
