Co-create with employees to sharpen AI in iGrow to deliver N=1 hyper-personalised development experience and launch enhancements 2. Scale up of OM across the region, guide and partner location Career Management teams on the change management and drive the adoption b) Shape people decisions through DDOM 1. Launch the Internal Mobility (IM) DDOM Control Tower (MVP2) to use data to drive internal mobility 2. Shift hiring managers' mindset to improve receptiveness to internal employees c) Shape a Culture by Design 1.
