Tasks

In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include:
  • Advise the managers on all labor law (collective/ individual) relevant topics, with organizational impacts on staff and general people topics. Support managers in exercising their leadership responsibilities and ensure compliance with and implementation of HR policies and regulations.
  • Carry out co-determination processes, arrange cooperation with the co-decision bodies, negotiate regulations, etc. for the supervised area.
  • Legal and department requirements, tariff contracts, company agreements, job contracts.
  • People policy framework.
  • Strategic considerations of the Business Units/ LHG.
  • Co-Determination in the Department, LGBS.
  • Department, CO, Staff members.
  • Change-/ Transformation management, external consultants.
  • Legal department, PO HR Consultancy.
  • All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

The ideal HR Consultant should meet the following requirements:
  • High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in combination with additional 2-3 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background.
  • Alternative, vocational training and 7-9 years of working experience in personnel management or HR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language.
  • MS Office as user.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Hybrid working environment (home office - office set up).
  • Tight deadlines, immediate action required on urgent cases.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Proven track record in managing change.
  • CV/Resume and Cover Letter required.
