Your day to day
Main Responsibilities includes - • Liaise with hiring managers to fill open positions in alignment with business objectives • Conduct interview arrangement, contract management and post-offer management, process contract renewals and conversions • Assist On-boarding Briefing and Handle exit clearances, report preparations etc. • Preparation of various reports and support such as annual leave balance report, training report • Ensures work processes are adhered to existing company's policy and/or stipulated guidelines • Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
What we need from you
Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ or equivalent with 1-2 years of corporate administrative experience • Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel is an added advantage • Good interpersonal and communication skill
