Main Responsibilities includes - Liaise with hiring managers to fill open positions in alignment with business objectives Assist to arrange interviews, contract management and post-offer management, process contract renewals and conversions Assist with On-boarding Briefing and Handle exit clearances, report preparations etc. Preparation of various reports and support, monthly training report, annual leave report. Ensures work processes are adhered to existing company's policy and/or stipulated guidelines Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned by ManagerRequirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ or equivalent with 1-2 years of corporate administrative experience Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel is an added advantage Good interpersonal and communication skill
