Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team and support in providing administrative support across many areas of HR, with a specific focus on payroll processing and systems administration.

As an HR Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the HR team, finance department, and other stakeholders to uphold the integrity of our HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

  • Involvement in end-to-end payroll processing with payroll vendor, including checking calculation of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and tax requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and address any discrepancies.
  • Handle employee payroll inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Systems Administration:
  • Oversee the HR information system (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Perform regular audits of HRIS data to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements.
HR Operations:
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in invoices, benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Generate HR reports and metrics as required by management, utilizing HRIS and other tools.
  • Produce letters for employee changes
Talent Acquisition:
  • Arrange candidate interviews, both face to face and virtual
  • Arrange induction day for new starters
  • Checking and evaluating background screening checks for new starters
Qualifications/Experience Required:
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administration/operations role within a HR function
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools, with a keen eye for data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HR challenges.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
