Description
- Responsible and in-charge for full spectrum of all human capital functions to meet growing manpower needs
- Responsible and drive recruitment activities to ensure growth of businesses to enable through right human capital\'s execution
- Spearhead, lead and drive graduate recruitment program/ internship/traineeship/ scholarship through working with leading education institution in Singapore and the region
- Ensure prompt and immediate response to the needs of the employees (i.e employee relations, grievances etc)
- Min. GCE A Levels/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- no working experience required as training is provided
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and results-oriented environment
- Independent and able to work as a good team player
