We are looking for a maternity cover in HR till end Nov 2023.
Responsibilities
Review training requests, identify training needs, and propose training curriculums for all career streams to accelerate learning for on-boarding, bridge competencies gap to support both individual and organization\xe2\x80\x99s growth.
Review and recommend external training providers, and evaluate the effectiveness of their courses, materials and instructors.
Obtain and develop effective training resources utilizing multimedia platforms and methods.
Manage and oversee training logistics
Create and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
Direct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Monitor spending and provide regular management information on investment in training.
Others
Support implementation of HR projects.
Recommend and support procedural / automation improvements or processes within HR.
Back up for other HR colleagues during their absence.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HRM or Business Administration
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resource Business Partnering and L&D
