We are looking for a maternity cover in HR till end Nov 2023.

Responsibilities
  • Review training requests, identify training needs, and propose training curriculums for all career streams to accelerate learning for on-boarding, bridge competencies gap to support both individual and organization\xe2\x80\x99s growth.
  • Review and recommend external training providers, and evaluate the effectiveness of their courses, materials and instructors.
  • Obtain and develop effective training resources utilizing multimedia platforms and methods.
  • Manage and oversee training logistics
  • Create and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
  • Direct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Monitor spending and provide regular management information on investment in training.
Others
  • Support implementation of HR projects.
  • Recommend and support procedural / automation improvements or processes within HR.
  • Back up for other HR colleagues during their absence.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HRM or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resource Business Partnering and L&D
