Job Responsibilities

  • Advertise, search and schedule candidates for interview
  • Prepare employment contract
  • Maintenance HR records, databases, and data entry
  • Handle Worker work pass application, renewal & cancellation.
  • Arrange travel documents for new workers or existing workers.
  • Check Staff Attendance, Overtime (Infotech system) for Monthly payroll and report
  • Ensure foreigner worker levy and other statutory submissions of CPF contributions submitted timely to relevant authorities
  • Handles the tax clearance process for foreign employees IR21 and IR8A reporting
  • Handles statutory claims such as NS, maternity, paternity & child-care leave in Singapore
  • Be a point of contact for all Compensation and Benefits related matters such as insurance
  • Prepare/coordinate in-house/external training programs for workers and keep a training record.
  • Responsible for government / MOM-related survey.
  • Other ad hoc administrative matters


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR cum Admin
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively is critical for success
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience in using Infor-Tech Software System will be advanced
