Job brief:

  • Our ideal candidate has previous experience in Singapore complying with Singapore Labour laws and other applicable regulations.
  • You will be based in Singapore. To succeed in this role, you must have a problem-solving attitude, pay extreme attention to details and be able to coordinate with a team of people based in Singapore.
  • Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the Company HR and overall operations across our organization's office are accurate and effective.

Job description:
  • Providing support in Human Resources and Office Administration functions
  • Reviewing, recommending and implementing human resources policies and procedures to be relevant and in compliance with Singapore Labour laws and other applicable regulations
  • Supporting end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Handle full employment cycle (including appointment, re-appointment, promotion and cessation)
  • Arranging employees Visas and Work Permits in Singapore
  • Liaising with all relevant Singapore Governments Agencies
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent Singapore laws
  • Administer insurance plans, government-paid leave, appraisals etc.
  • Proper filing of employee-related documents (including Passports, IDs, educational certificates etc)
  • Update Company internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours
  • Generate reports for employees attendance
  • Preparing weekly and monthly HR reports with the ability to analyse the information to recommend improvements
  • Managing internship programs with relevant institutions
  • Maintaining HR documents and forms like employee handbooks, HR forms, and templates
  • Review and update Company Standard Operating Procedures, keep employee handbook current
  • Review and update s, Job Offers, Job Contracts
  • Participate in organizing company events
  • To oversee and ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of a busy office
  • Provide administrative support to the various Company departments and projects as required
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Control and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Managing/ handling maintenance issues of office and facilities
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering of office supplies

Requirements
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of Singapore about laws and regulations (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, insurance)
  • Solid communication skills
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Must be highly organised, work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to multitask

Qualification
  • Diploma in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field preferred
