Job description:
Providing support in Human Resources and Office Administration functions
Reviewing, recommending and implementing human resources policies and procedures to be relevant and in compliance with Singapore Labour laws and other applicable regulations
Supporting end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Handle full employment cycle (including appointment, re-appointment, promotion and cessation)
Arranging employees Visas and Work Permits in Singapore
Liaising with all relevant Singapore Governments Agencies
Understand and adhere to all pertinent Singapore laws
Administer insurance plans, government-paid leave, appraisals etc.
