Job Description


  • Handling of office maintenance, cleaning services, liaising with travel agencies and office space related
  • Setting up of new hire\'s access
  • Budget analysis and conflict management
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Point of contact for daily HR administrative tasks
  • Managing of onboarding/offboarding processes, full recruitment processes and performing of reports
  • Assist with annual appraisal processes
  • Payroll processing
  • Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
