Job Description

Salary: 50,000 - 65,000
Working Schedule: 7:40 - 4:40 PM, Mondays - Saturdays? Establish a human resources recruitment-cultivation scheme that will be the business foundation of YMP, and build relationships with government / fire departments and other government agencies.
Solidify the base for smooth factory operation
? Promotion of recruitment activities for nuclear human resources by filtering human resources that match the job requirements of each human resource based on the organizational chart
? Promotion of local recruitment activities based on recruitment plans (comprehensive recruitment activities including cooperation with each school, job security, etc.)
? Formulation and revision management of YMP internal rules that comply with Philippine law based on the internal rules of the Headquarters
In particular, discipline management of local employees, welfare / social security to increase engagement with the company, etc.
In terms of aspects, we will formulate internal rules based on laws and regulations with due consideration.
? Proposal, maintenance, operation and management of evaluation system suitable for the Philippines
? General labor management of local employees after hiring
? In addition to the operation and management of the personnel and labor management system, proposals and implementation of improvements that reduce in-house processing
? Preparation and management of application documents to the local central government / local government / PEZA / relevant government agencies, and execution of negotiation window operations
? Negotiation manager for labor management, legal response when labor problems occur, response to government agencies, etc. based on local laws and regulations
? Construction, operation and management of employee education system (general education / training by rank)? Recruitment Resources (executives) through open recruitment / human resources companies, etc.
? Filtering of applicants and progress report to department manager based on job requirements (job description)
? Comprehensive management from paper test / practical test / interview preparation / setting to test / interview result and status report to department manager
? Labor management of local employees (maintenance and operation of application forms necessary for labor management)
? Operation, management and improvement of personnel and labor management system
? Regarding the employee evaluation system, after defining the evaluation items and criteria, create an appropriate format and build an operation flow.
? Establishment, operation, and revision of HandBook for distribution to all employees to ensure thorough internal rules
? Development and review of personnel education content at the time of joining the company (general education) / regular (general education / rank-based education), as well as formulating an education plan and implementing education
? Execution of necessary applications to related government agencies, submission of reports, etc. ? Delivery date management
? Sensitively detect changes in the business environment and legal system in the Philippines (changes in the labor system, social system, environmental improvement, etc.)
Share with the department manager and President and take action to prevent it from becoming illegal
? Timely proposals for improving work life such as work environment / welfare programs, reducing turnover rate, etc., where local employees can easily engage
? Execution of special mission instructions from the department manager and the presidentQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resource management or relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Managerial position
  • Experience in a Manufacturing company is an advantage
  • Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
  • English business level and above. JLPT N2 or higher is even better (language allowance available)
