1.making SOP with each division.
2. making JD and Evaluation sheet for each division.
3. making salary table
4.vendor management (Bus, canteen, others)
5. recruitment of employee
6. HR policy setting up.Qualifications:1. HR experience in a Manufacturing company2. above Asst Manager work experience3. Experience in JPN company is preferable4. Japanese speaking an advantage5. Can work in Hermosa, Bataan6. knows well about setting up HR system in a Manufacturing companyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php75,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per monthBenefits:
