Our client is a Japanese Restaurant chain and is in the midst of expansion. The role of HR & GA Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of HR& GA Management to align business strategies with HR plans. Accountable for effective teams, administration systems, company policies, and procedures that are well enabled to support the business.
【What will you be working on】
Manage full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations, including Recruitment and Selection, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations and Retention, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Company Policies and Procedures, System Implementation, Staff Welfare, etc.
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of monthly payroll and statutory returns.
Serve as a subject matter expert on all HR matters, providing advice and guidance to the Director and key operations team members, and the rest of the employees.
Work closely with key Operations/Sales team on organizational HR practices, issues, and any other HR-related matters.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Assist/drive results in HR priority projects such as manpower sustainability implementation, communication, employee engagement, etc.
Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purposes, such as weekly and monthly headcount reports, salary surveys and benchmarks, manpower requirements, etc.
Support and facilitate the annual performance appraisal exercise and bonus and salary review.
Analyse the key challenges of the business operations and provide sound advice and solutions to address the issues.
Conduct yearly review and renewal of group insurance policies
Administer food shop license and liquor license (application/renewal)
Monitor the company’s service contracts and agreements etc.
Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, and government bodies as and when required.
Ensure efficiency and compliance of the HR department’s internal workflow and processes.

Requirement
【What they're looking for】
Minimum Diploma in HR/Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with 2 years of managerial experience (Preferably F&B industry)
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, IRAS and HR best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to start work immediately or within short notice would be advantageous
Japanese language will be an advantage to liaise with Japanese Native counterparts but not essential
Working Hour
8:30AM/9AM ~ 5:30PM/6PM
