Key Accountabilities:

Drive HR strategy: As a Geo HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Asurion\'s HR strategy to meet the evolving needs of our business. You will have the opportunity to spearhead innovative initiatives that will enable us to thrive in the current landscape and prepare for the future.

Empower People Leaders: Your expertise and guidance will be crucial in educating, consulting, and coaching our People Leaders, empowering them to lead and manage their teams effectively in alignment with Asurion\'s principles and values. By fostering a culture of leadership excellence, you will contribute to the growth and development of our employees.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development: You will partner with our Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Centers of Excellence to support the overall organizational build and development plans. By attracting and retaining top talent, you will contribute to our success and reinforce Asurion as an employer of choice.

Enhance compensation and benefits programs: In this role, you will ensure that our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive in the market. By designing, implementing, and regularly evaluating these programs, you will attract and retain exceptional talent, motivate employees, and support their overall well-being.

Ensure HR compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant HR processes, adhering to employment laws in each geographic location. Your meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of regulations will ensure that our organization operates smoothly and ethically.

Lead and guide a high-performing team: You will have the opportunity to lead and guide a team of two HR professionals and one admin resource in Singapore and Thailand. Your leadership skills will empower them to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of our HR function.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working with multicultural teams across APAC

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global organization

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work independently and influence others effectively

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to dive deep when necessary

\xc2\xb7 Approachable, empathetic, and possesses high emotional intelligence
