About the HR Director Role:
This is an interesting job to lead and shape the future of HR in a dynamic environment. This pivotal role is responsible for providing leadership and advice the senior management on HR matters across all the departments within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workforce planning and budgeting to support the business needs
• Oversee the entire suite of HR functions including compensation, payroll, rewards, performance management, HR business partnering, benefits, employee wellness, talent management, learning and organisation development, employee engagement and HR operations
• Work with relevant stakeholders to improve the HR policies, processes and initiatives, and share best practices across various functions for overall continuous improvement

To succeed in this HR Director role, you must have strong business partnering skills and be meticulous with an eye for detail.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified degree in Human Resources, or any relevant discipline
• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations and local labour law
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
