Hr Executive (1 Year Contract)
Job Description
:
\xc2\xb7 Providing HR advice and perspective, with the objective of motivating employee\xe2\x80\x99 morale and achieving a Win-win outcome for the business and employees.
\xc2\xb7 Conducts end-to-end recruitment process by doing in-house direct sourcing for most roles- provide sound advice to hiring managers on market situation and feedback on candidates.
\xc2\xb7 Support the Learning & development Plan for the organisation on a year-on-year basis with follow through on training effectiveness.
\xc2\xb7 Support employee engagement activities, including organising of HR or employee recreational events or get together sessions.
\xc2\xb7 Support in employee relation matters to address potential employee\xe2\x80\x99s grievances and disciplinary issues.
\xc2\xb7 Participate and support global and regional HR projects and/or initiatives at country level.
Requirement:
- Eligible to Diploma
- Minimum 3 Years of manufacturing environment especially in direct sourcing capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of local labour legislation
\xc2\xb7 Working days: Monday to Friday
\xc2\xb7 Salary up to $4500, Site Allowance $250- and 1.5-Month Completion Bonus
\xc2\xb7 1-2 Years Contract
\xc2\xb7 Located in Jurong Island
