The Executive is accountable to HR & Admin HOD and is responsible to assist with the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in company. In addition to that, the executive will also be responsible to shape company\xe2\x80\x99s work and employee policy.
Responsibilities:
Review, formulate, implement and maintain HR policy and procedures
Provide general HR and admin support (appointment letter, new staff orientation & etc)
Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee such as handling work pass applications, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave and childcare leave application
Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports
Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course
Maintaining personnel records and ensure filling are up to date
Any ad hoc and admin duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
Preferably full spectrum HR experience
Candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
At least 2-3years and above of working experience in Human Resource in Singapore
Sound knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act and Singapore Labour Law and HR practices
Meticulous, detailed, well-organised, good communication and interpersonal skills
A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently to meet datelines
