Main Responsibilities

• Support HR consultant on grading system implementation - standardize internal salary and ranking, appraisal, rewards.
• Generalist including employee on & off boarding, maintain HR data, payroll, recruitment, income tax, CPF, leave, pass application and renewal.
• Office maintenance and general admin.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related fields of studies.
• 3 - 5 years experiences in HR generalist role.
• Familiar with grading system implementation will be advantage.
• Execllent communication with all levels of management will be advantage.
