Human Resources Executive (6 Months)
Overview
As part of the team, you will primarily focus on DL (non-exempt) talent acquisition and partner with the hiring managers to support their recruitment needs with proactive feedback, information and analysis which help in making better informed business decision. You will also involved in various coordinations to ensure the positive new hires experience and gathering the necessary documents for seamless transition to new hire onboarding process. You will also support the training administration process to ensure the proper execution of the company training plan. Responsibilities
This temporary position will partner with the business units to be responsible for the full-cycle of DL (non-exempt) associate talent acquisition activities includes sourcing, screening, selecting, shortlisting and onboarding etc.
Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations, as well as formulating effective recruitment strategies
Enhance hiring experience through the use of technology and explore potential opportunities for digitalisation
Leverage data analytics and use of HR dashboard to determine the most effective source for candidate pool, resume screening through structured interview data to gather feedback and support the hiring decision
Prepare and analyse recruiting reports to ensure that recruiting metrics such as Time-To-Fill is maintained within the target
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Support the training administration process in managing the learning management systems, training registration as well as post training documentation activities
Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirements Requirements
Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience working in direct labour recruitment.

Demonstrated experience in managing hiring managers and stakeholders' expectations
Working knowledge on local employment laws and regulations
Experience in ATS (eg. Workday) will be an added advantage
Knowledge of the use of Social Media or new technology/platform in talent acquisition will be advantageous
IT-savvy with moderate analytical skills
Must be willing to commit 6 months' contract Personal Trait Profile
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, proactive and self-motivated with a passion for recruitment
Proficient in time management and organization with a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability
Ability to think through issues and work on corrective actions
Possesses a continuous improvement mind-set
