Our Client, a leading and well-known Public Health Institution in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as HR Executive Assistant.

Summaries:

  • Position: HR Executive Assistant
  • Location: West
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
  • Contract role for 4-6 months
  • Industry: Healthcare
  • Divisions: On & Off-boarding / Employee Lifecycle / Data Management / Corporate Finance / Medical Manpower Office
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires via.
  • Ensure related documentations (after processing) are P-filed accordingly
  • Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
  • Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff
  • Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On-boarding, Employee Lifecycle and Off-boarding related activities
  • Any other related ad hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
  • Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
