Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate and track
staff training programs
to ensure compliance and skill development.
Oversee
staff dormitory arrangements
, ensuring proper allocation and upkeep.
Administer
staff leave records
and ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.
Maintain and update
employee records
in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in
HR initiatives and events
to promote employee engagement and welfare.
Perform
other HR and administrative duties
as assigned by the management.
Requirements
O level, A level, Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and local employment regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
