Job Description


Recruitment

  • Identify appropriate channels of recruitment
  • Liaise with employment agencies
  • Review CVs before recommending suitable ones to the hiring managers
  • Arrange interviews for hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews
  • Use selection tools
Onboarding of new hires
  • Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates
  • Liaise with selected candidates on the required onboarding documents
  • Initiate the pre-employment medical checkup and background screening process
  • Liaise with immigration vendors for new hires who require work passes
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Admin)
  • Conduct HR orientation for new hires on their first day of work (including briefing of terms & conditions of employment and introduction of HRIS)
Offboarding of leavers
  • Prepare release letter
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Admin)
  • Conduct exit interview
Employee communication
  • Liaise with employees on leave matters
  • Liaise with employees on the annual compliance exercises
Any other ad-hoc HR duties assigned (e.g.)
  • Liaise with immigration vendors and foreign staff re work pass renewals
