Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the country, as well as regional HR team to deliver excellent business partnering support to the business. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas namely in recruitment, learning & development, employment engagement and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Business partnering to line managers by providing HR advice and perspective, with the objective of motivating employee\xe2\x80\x99 morale and achieving a Win-win outcome for the business and employees.
• Conducts end-to-end recruitment process by doing in-house direct sourcing for most roles- provide sound advice to hiring managers on market situation and feedback on candidates.
• Responsible for campus recruitment and employer branding.
• Support the Learning & development Plan for the organisation on a year-on-year basis with follow through on training effectiveness.
• Support employee engagement activities, including organising of HR or employee recreational events or get together sessions.
• Support in employee relation matters to address potential employee\xe2\x80\x99s grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Participate and support global and regional HR projects and/or initiatives at country level.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in HR Management.
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in manufacturing environment with direct sourcing capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of local labour legislation.
• Independent, meticulous, team player and possess good communication & interpersonal skill.

Additional:

• Location is at Jurong Island, no hybrid or working from home policy.
• Working hour 8.00 to 5.00 pm.
• Pick up at Lake side or boon lay MRT.
• Has in-house canteen.
