About the company:

\xe2\x96\xba Our client is a leading AV system integrator in the region

Job Objective:

Plan and execute to ensure the Company always has sufficient manpower, Staff possesses the relevant skillsets required across all departments, and that the daily HR operation is run smoothly to meet User\'s and Company\'s expectations.

Core Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment

- Assist in all recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding of selected candidates

B. Training & Development

- Assist in planning for Staff to possess sufficient and relevant skillsets required to meet current & future needs

- Assisting in developing training programs and ensure staff attends the required training

- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure training and development are carried out effectively and efficiently across the Company

- Liaise with the Company\'s business partners (Poly, Crestron, etc) to ensure that we have the required certifications of skillsets and achieve Partner status

- Submission of Government Training Grants and Subsidies as and when required

C. HR Operation

- Maintain and improve the HRM system

- Daily HR operation from payroll, statutory submission, employment pass, etc

- Assisting the HR Manager in all HR-related activities/duties

Education Qualification:

- Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant

Experience:

- Minimum 1 years\' in the full spectrum of Human Resources duties

- Minimum 1 years\' experience with recruitment

- Experience in working in a company with staff strength of minimum 20 to 80 pax.

- Experience in construction, system integrator for any industry (Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, etc)
