YHI Group is a recognized distributor of high quality automotive and industrial products, and a familiar and trusted name in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).
Today, YHI's wide international presence can be seen in over 100 countries operating through its 33 subsidiaries and 3 associated companies located in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. YHI distributes a diverse range of premium automotive products, which include tyres, alloy wheels, energy solutions, buggy & utilities vehicles and other industrial products to more than 5,000 customers globally. YHI currently has three alloy wheels manufacturing plants located in Suzhou in China, Taoyuan in Taiwan and Malacca in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Drive Learning & Development and Career Development to build workforce skills and capabilities.
Lead onboarding programmes to reinforce mission, culture, values, HR policies, and products/services.
Support Talent Management and Succession Planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeships to attract future talent.
Conduct climate surveys and dialogue sessions to gauge employee engagement and strengthen team cohesiveness.
Lead assigned HR digitalization projects.
Organize in-house training and lunch & learn sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Candidates with an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) will be highly considered
Preferably 2 years of experience in Learning & Development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to handle simple Mandarin translation when required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
