Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Salary: Up to $3300

\xc2\xb7 Working Days: 5 days | 9am to 6pm

\xc2\xb7 Location of work: Tuas/Pioneer area

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR administration functions
• Recruitment functions including job posting, candidates screening, arrange interview and on-boarding of new staffs to fit manpower schedule
• New employee joining formalities and orientation
• Handling of work pass administration
• Maintain Employee personal file
• Handling staff enquiries & ensuring HR policies and procedures communicated to all staffs
• Off-boarding and exit formalities based on company policies
• Monthly payroll preparation using HR software
