Job Description
Description
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding and maintenance of employee records in the HR system;
- Supports the development of HR frameworks for organisation in areas such as pay and benefits, talent management and employer relations and recognition;
- Be involved in the execution of annual HR activities such as Total Performance Management, Promotion and Learning Needs Analysis exercises for staff progression and development;
- Coordinates and manages the logistics required for staff engagement and appreciation activities e.g. Senior Leaders walkabout, dialogue sessions and adhoc goodwill distribution etc.;
- Assists with activities that may not be within the HR scope such as staff health surveillance and being redeployed to other functional areas in the event of an outbreak.
