:
- Assist the HR Manager with the execution and management of HR services and activities to support the overall human resource strategies.
- Ensure that practices are implemented in accordance with the Hospital\'s policies and procedures.
- Involved in recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations
- Any other adhoc HR projects as assigned.
- Min Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Positive, resilient, attentive, meticulous, resourceful and a strong team player
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
