Preparation of the regular monthly and quarterly HR reports
Preparation of the regular quarterly and yearly MOM surveys
Provision of the 1st and 2nd tier system and process support to HR business partners and specialists
Basic system support and testing on SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Managment System
Participation in the coordination and implementation of Human Resource projects
The conduct of HRMS data entry training for new HR colleagues
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or Information Technology
Fresh graduates are welcome
Preferably Diploma with 1-2 years of HRIS support and participation in system implementation experience
Knowledge of HR best practices and legislations
Experience on SuccessFactors employee central and time off modules
Ability to interact with all levels of employees
Strong team player and can work with minimal supervision
Independent and has initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and process thinking
