Full spectrum of human capital processes including but not limited to recruitment, training & development, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Source and propose for cost effective strategies to attract and hire suitable talents.
Tracking of recruitment status and ensure job openings are filled in timely manner.
Ensure and Manpower Requisitions are up to date
Manage HR employer branding and communications
Organise and facilitate periodic new hire orientation, including coordination of plant tour and update of orientation presentation, if required.
Analyse employee learning needs to develop individual learning plan and assist in career pathing framework
Develop company training plan, training matrix and training related reports.
Design and measure learning effectiveness of training programs.
Manage ISO audits process and assist in ad-hoc HR projects (if any)
Responsible for employee data management, leave management in HRIS
Manage MOM Prior Approval Applications requests including Non-Sponsored Common Contractors (CC)
Ensure timely submission of CC documents to MOM verifications
All other HR functions duties including but not limited to Offshore business support may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years as HR Generalist in Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) sectors
Knowledgeable in Singapore Employment Legislation, current and emerging HR trends and practices
Experience in HR employer branding and communications
Working experience in handling Shipyard HR functions
