Responsibilities: Responsible in involving in Learning & Development needs of the organisation to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources Responsible in working with department leads to conduct training needs analysis to identify, review and close skills or knowledge gaps Responsible in implementing talent development programs with in-house subject matter experts, on-line training platforms and/or external vendors/partners to build a continuous learning culture within the organisation Responsible in handling training and development activities, including management of training database and records including the maintenance of updated Technical Certifications/Skills Responsible in managing all funding related matters with WSG/SSG Responsible in handling on our Centre of Excellence (COE) - recruit trainees and work with department leads to develop trainees to meet the objectives of the apprenticeship programs under COE Responsible in implementing regular employees dialogue sessions to communicate Management's commitment in people development and to reinforce Company Culture Other HR ad-hoc duty as assigned Requirements: Min Diploma / Degree any relevant field Min 3 years experience in relevant experience Prior experience in web/Internet market space, academic institutions, alumni associations is a bonus Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
