Full spectrum of human capital processes including and not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding cycle, training & development and all other HR operational processes
Responsible for HR communications, audits, ensure job description are in comply and up-to-date
Manage and improve the Learning and Development processes
Develop and manage all company-wide L&D programs including company training plan and training budget
Serve as a lead point of contact for all training providers and vendors Employee Engagement and Staff Wellbeing
Manage programs such as employee induction, orientation, talent retention, global internship.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management or other related courses of studies. IHRP-CA certification will be an advantage
At least 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Familiar and well-versed with employment law and its processes
Able to work independently with full responsibility, self-driven, positive attitude, meticulous, good communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications and HRIS
