Job Description




  • Full spectrum of human capital processes including and not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding cycle, training & development and all other HR operational processes
  • Responsible for HR communications, audits, ensure job description are in comply and up-to-date
  • Manage and improve the Learning and Development processes
  • Develop and manage all company-wide L&D programs including company training plan and training budget
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for all training providers and vendors Employee Engagement and Staff Wellbeing
  • Manage programs such as employee induction, orientation, talent retention, global internship.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or other related courses of studies. IHRP-CA certification will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar and well-versed with employment law and its processes
  • Able to work independently with full responsibility, self-driven, positive attitude, meticulous, good communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and HRIS
