Location: Buangkok
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions:
- Recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination training and development
- Engagement and retention
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefits
- Job descriptions, personal files and database
- Permit and pass applications
- HR and personal data protection policies, SOPs, employee handbook
- Manpower-related surveys (MOM, DOS, MOH, MSF, AIC, NCSS etc)
- Training-related funding applications (WDA, VCF, SDF etc)
- Min Degree in Human Resource or any related field of study
- Min 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Good understanding of Singapore employment and personal data protection legislations
- Good interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and results driven
