As a HR Executive (Part-time), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
Provide guidance to employees on HR matters, concerns, and grievances.
Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases accurately.
Support performance evaluations, confirmations, and staff engagement initiatives.
Manage recruitment process on job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding logistics.
Liaise with institutions (e.g. RP, ITE, SIT) to coordinate internship programmes.
Handle government claims, leave administration, and statutory requirements.
Process applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
Administer staff insurance and manage work injury compensation matters.
Oversee cleanliness, vendor management, supplies, and facility maintenance.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar HR/ Admin role.
Familiar with Singapore employment laws, payroll processes, and MOM regulations
