Brief Summary
- Basic $4,000 - $5,000 (Depends on Experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
- Working Location: East
- AWS + Performance Bonus
- HR business process – Budgeting, resources (internal/external), and timeline
- Project progression – identify risks, issues and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies
- HR Digitalization – Identify and review current/future states
- Compensation and Benefits Analysis for decision making
- HR data – gathering, analyzing and reporting
- Degree in HR or relevant certification
- Project management and timeline
- Knowledge of payroll processing and HR analytics is an added advantage
- Microsoft Excel – data modeling
