Develop, compile, and analyze HR metrics and reports such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
Handle the employee offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during offboarding.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage the promotion process, communicate promotion decisions and updates to employees, and ensure the proper implementation of new roles and responsibilities * Address other staffing-related matters, including yearly policy reviews, SOPs review, employee data maintenance in the SAP system, and other related tasks.
Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues
Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing related matters.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
