Job Description


As the Senior HR Executive, you will:

  • Be the point of contact for Business Unit Managers and employees; providing HR guidance and advice.
  • Responsible in HR administration and procedures
  • Be involved in the talent acquisition, assessment/selection, advertisement, application screening, and interview arrangement.
  • Process payroll for business unit
  • Manage employee database with up to date information of staff movement and information.
  • Preparation of HR related letters (letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion and etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties as per assigned
The successful candidate will have/be:
  • At least 2-5 years of HR experience in fast paced company, preferably in food and beverage industry sectors
  • Qualification in Human Resource Management, Organisation Psychology or related discipline of study
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
  • Able to work well under pressure and effectively, taking the lead in situations where appropriate
