A leading global precision engineering solutions provider is currently looking for a HR Executive to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the HR manager, you will be focusing on HR Ops, learning & development as well as HR analytics.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Recruitment / HR Ops (50%)

• Involve in full spectrum of HR function (full payroll processing, recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR policies and etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end full life cycle of the recruitment process (From sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation

Learning & Development (40%)

• Identify learning & development needs
• Explore new learning interventions to address learning gaps among employees
• Design, develop, and execute the deployment and delivery of learning solutions
• Identify, evaluate, and source for external vendors to meet the training needs
• Monitor and assess efficiency and effectiveness of ongoing and new learning & development programs

Others (10%)

• Involve in all HR projects relating to training and development areas
• Assist in HR analytics development and implementation.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
• Research, analyze, and present data as assigned.
• Acts as an active team player/leader in organizing/roll-out department activities which are not limited to training and development, HRIS, people communications, compensation & benefits, CSR projects, office administration, etc

What you'll need to succeed

Candidate should posses a minimum bachelor degree with 3 years working experience in recruitment or learning & development
Strong experience in both excel and PowerPoint skills.
Short notice / Immediate preferred.
