About Our Client
A prominent figure in the marine industry, our client boasts a strong reputation and a well-established organisational framework. In their ongoing expansion efforts, they seek reinforcement for the HR team, specifically in aspects like recruitment, administration, and policies implementation.
You will report to the HR Manager and your responsibilities include:
- Support the recruitment process, including activities like hiring, selection, and on-boarding.
- Manage administrative tasks related to foreign workers.
- Support the administration of the company\'s Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Offer administrative assistance to the HR team and other departments on HR-related matters such as insurance, invoice processing, office administration, and government subsidy processing.
- Assist with training and development tasks.
- Participate in HR projects.
Successful candidate must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in the HR field to understand the basic requirement.
- Skilled in HRMS, preferably PeopleSoft to adapt and use such software.
- Good organisational, analytic and communication skills.
