Our client is a Japanese Chemical Manufacturer. The HR Executive will assist the Administration Manager in maintaining the necessary EHMS Registers (e.g. toxic industrial waste register, legal register, SDS register, etc.). You will be reporting to the Administration Manager on all HR, IT, and general office matters.
\xe3\x80\x90What you will be working on\xe3\x80\x91
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, work pass application/renewal/cancellation, payroll, staff claims, etc.
Assist the Administration Manager in maintaining the necessary QMS registers, and listings, conducting customer surveys, etc.
Manage all office administrative functions, facilities, and general building maintenance
Assist the Administration Manager in overseeing all IT and IT-related matters
Assist the Administration Manager in staff recruitment, training and development, recreational activities, and general HR matters
Manage staff training and evaluation system by liaising with the vendor.
Monitor the HR budget.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21.
Observe all EHS procedures and ensures strict adherence to EHS rules and regulations
Any Ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirement

Diploma/Degree majoring in Business/Management/Human Resource discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Administration/Office Management/Facility Management and IT network support
Good knowledge of local legal requirements preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
