Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Admin or equivalent
  • Experience in Timespay or Sharepoint is an advantage

Human Resource Generalist ( 1 year Contract) Description as below is not all-inclusive for the role
  • Communicate with HOD on recruitment requirements and budget
  • Post job ads and liaise with agencies.
  • Coordinate with HOD and arrange interviews
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Preparation of employment contracts
  • Coordinate for creation of email address, staff-pass, keys, and access card
  • Sign out for laptops, mobile phones, etc
  • Keep track of available training grants and claims
  • Do exit clearance, settlement of salary, collect back company property, etc
  • Coordinate with HOD on training requirements and budget
  • Render administrative support on sourcing of training centres, coordinate on course dates availability, registration, payment, and logistics arrangement
  • Monitor statutory leave ; - annual, paternity, maternity, medical leave, NS claims, etc.
  • Monitoring of claims and allowances
  • Handle employee grievances
  • Drafting of memos and letters, dissemination of internal announcements and newsletters.
