Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Executive reports to the Regional Admin Director and assist in providing support on the full spectrum of HR functions/activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver HR services including recruitment, employee relations & welfare, disciplinary and grievance handling etc.
• Coordinate and conduct induction program for new hires.
• Partner Heads of Department and conduct training need analysis in accordance to business plans.
• Update and maintain all training records, including evaluating training effectiveness through training evaluation forms and obtaining post-training feedback from employees for annual ISO audit purposes.
• Create and maintain employees\' database in HRIS system, ensure proper documentation of employees\' personal information in P-file.
• Attend to employees\' grievances and complaints and provide guidance if necessary.
• Monthly payroll processing, including computing and/or verifying overtime hours, and timely submission of all statutory payments.
• Participate in various statutory surveys.
• Prepare and administer HR related letters (i.e. employment contracts, confirmation, promotion etc.), memos and/or notices.
• Handle the Safety function in conjunction with the Senior management team.
• Manage all work pass related matters including new applications and/or renewals.
• Be the contact person on all relevant statutory board matters with government bodies such as CPF, MOM, IRAS etc.
• Any additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• ONLY SINGAPOREAN
• Recognized diploma in HRM or its equivalent
• 3 to 4 years\' relevant experience as HR Generalist;
• Preferably with experience from manufacturing, heavy engineering environment
• Strong understanding of Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices
• MUST have hands-on payroll processing and work pass application experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and pro-active with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Good analytical, organizational skills and ability to multi-tas
• Wiling to travel to Bukit Pahat & KL for work purpose

Information:

• Salary: up to $5.500 + VB
• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
