Identify skill gaps and training needs through thorough analysis and employee feedback.
Source and manage both external training providers and internal learning resources.
Track and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, demonstrating their impact on employee performance and business success.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Develop and manage employee wellness programs that promote physical and mental well-being.
Plan and organize activities to foster a positive company culture.
Organize activities that support a positive work environment and enhance company culture.
Lead a seamless on boarding process for new hires.
Provide ongoing HR support and address employee inquiries.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource in Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role (L&D).
Proven experience in creating and managing L&D programs, measuring their impact, understanding adult learning principles, and handling employee benefits and compliance.
