About our group:Global Talent Agility (GTA) is a team in the Performance, Learning and Development (L, D & P) organization at Seagate. This group is responsible for democratizing careers of Seagate\'s employees and to provide agility to our workforce by providing them opportunities to build the skills to achieve business results. We also aim to ensure that our Seagate has the skills and resources needed to win and grow in the VUCA worldAbout the role - you will:We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our team who could help implementation, support and communications related to Career Discovery projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operations and monitoring adoption levels of our initiatives, supporting the Program Management and Change Management Leads of the platform. This position involves collaborating with internal and external partners to create and implement project plans and strategies, design campaigns, and support new rollouts. Additionally, the role includes monthly product release support and handling various operational tasks.About you:

  • Help manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain GTA Programs websites and related documentation
  • Prepare SLA reports for support functions
  • Creating/updating the test scripts for and participating in UAT for.
  • Participate in regional projects and programs as required
  • Help with testing of all the integrations and new product releases
  • Contribute to stakeholder management by helping build weekly and monthly status reports
  • Test the newly developed reports and dashboards to ensure data is streamlined across all reporting points
  • Support the C&E lead in generating ideas, designing and executing C&E campaigns, including content design, creation (videos, articles, email communications), and manager toolkit content.
  • Support new initiatives such as mentoring reboot, project marketplace reboot, and career pathing launch
Your experience includes:
  • Interest in GTA processes and tools with a desire to learn and grow
  • Quick learner of new technologies
  • Ability in building effective relationships
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills
  • Proven experience in learning and change management, preferably in a technology or HR setting.
  • Comfortable with providing training and conducting webinars.
  • Leadership skills, with a knack for strategic planning and execution.
Location:The Shugart site (named after Seagate\'s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work.
