As a HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist in the APAC Human Resources team, you will be reporting to the Regional HR Director / Senior HR Specialist, APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for the HR operational support across various business lines, which includes, but not limited to, recruiting, employee welfare, payroll administration, learning and development and employee performance programs in the APAC HR Office.

Delivering strong HR operational support plays a critical role in the growth of our business and helps to build a connection between our management and employees who are the most valuable asset in our organization. Positive relationship begins way before employees first day of employment, it is built gradually from their recruitment experience too. Beyond the main operational responsibility, you will also be given the opportunity to leverage on your skills and be involved in the various global HR initiatives.

Job Overview

  • In charge of the full life cycle administration of employees
  • Responsible for recruitment process, including job postings, career fairs to attract talents via use of job boards, Applicant Tracking System and social media
  • Maintain data integrity of HR information
  • Support HR initiatives at the regional and country level
  • Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll for Singapore & Brunei employees
  • Process employee benefits requests and claims
  • Organize and coordinate employee welfare related programs, events and activities
  • Involve in APAC/Global projects
  • Any other HR duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business discipline with relevant qualifications in a HR related discipline
  • Good knowledge on local labour legislation and payroll-related legislations
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Applications and IT savvy
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and HR Systems (such as Workday, Oracle and/or SAP SuccessFactors) preferred
