Job Description

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide full HR generalist support to the company
• Work with in-house recruitment team to support recruitment activities for the company
• Recommend and support in implementing & formulating new HR initiatives
• Opportunity to lead in assigned HR functions such as training and development, performance management
• Liaise between the Company and employees to ensure smooth communication and resolutions of all queries
• Responsible for the consolidation of monthly HR reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
• Possess 3 years of relevant experience
• Possess good understanding of HR process, practices and local employment law
• Proficient in Singapore labor law is required
• Meticulous, responsible and can work independently as well as in a team
