Work with in-house recruitment team to support recruitment activities for the company
Recommend and support in implementing & formulating new HR initiatives
Opportunity to lead in assigned HR functions such as training and development, performance management
Liaise between the Company and employees to ensure smooth communication and resolutions of all queries
Responsible for the consolidation of monthly HR reports
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent
Possess 3 years of relevant experience
Possess good understanding of HR process, practices and local employment law
Proficient in Singapore labor law is required
Meticulous, responsible and can work independently as well as in a team
