Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies.
Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
Support the performance appraisal process, including training managers and employees.
Requirements:
Diploma and above
At least 2 years of experience in the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Knowledge in HRIS systems.
